What is your pet policy?
Residents are allowed up to 2 pets per apartment with a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet.
How much does it cost to apply for an apartment?
There is a $45 application fee per applicant (over 18) that is due to submit the online application. A $475 administrative fee will be charged and be due prior to move in.
What does the administrative fee cover?
The administrative fee covers a portion of the cost for cleaning, carpet cleaning, and paint touch up after having moved out of the apartment. Costs associated with deep cleaning or extra carpet cleaning would be charged at move out.
What does the application fee cover?
The application fee covers the cost of the third-party screening process, which involves a credit and background check.
When is rent due?
Your monthly rental payment is due on the 1st day of the month. You may pay online via your resident portal. ACH and card payments are accepted.
What are your parking policies?
Residents are allowed one (1) vehicle per licensed, lease-holding resident. Any vehicle that is inoperable or illegally parked is subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. Management is not responsible for any damages or towing that occur on the property, and residents are solely responsible for informing their guests of any parking policies.
